The Program

The eLearning Instructor, Post Diploma is designed to prepare educators for teaching in an online environment. Through the courses and Capstone Project in this advanced certificate, students will develop their skills and knowledge-base to create successful and engaging online learning environments. The certificate is designed for anyone responsible for teaching in a work environment, including K-12, adult, and post-secondary contexts. All courses are offered fully online and prepare program graduates for success in online teaching.

Admission Requirements

An undergraduate degree in any discipline from an accredited institution
OR
A two year diploma or equivalent training from an accredited institution in any discipline;
OR
Provincial Trades Certificate or Red Seal Journeyperson’s Certificate.

Note: Applicants whose first language is not English must demonstrate English language proficiency.

Graduation Requirements

Completion of all courses with a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.0.
