This course provides students with an understanding of how HR professionals effectively idenitfy, guide, and implement changes within an organization. Topics inlcude: change agents, barriers to change, and employee communication strategies during times of transition. Students will explore the concept of coaching employees through transitions and effectively aligning change to an organization's strategic intent. Prerequisite: BADM 110 Must be a BBA student or have consent of the Donald School of Business.
