MGMT 315

This course is intended to consolidate students' understanding of the theories and practices of effective financial decision making in a corporate environment, and to assess the impact of these decisions on the firm's performance. Course coverage includes economic theory of the firm, advanced capital budgeting concepts, stakeholder conflicts, and mergers and acquisitions. Prerequsite: BADM 260 or BUS 310 (Recommended BUS 310) or consent of the DSB.
