Using the Rules of Court, Matrimonial Property Act, the Marriage Act, the Divorce Act and the Family Law Act, students learn and produce documentation for a Prenuptial Contract, Separation Agreement, uncontested Divorce and a contested Divorce. Issues regarding maintenance, support and custody are also examined.
