The application of knowledge; skills and abilities acquired in the first year of studies. Securing a position in the Hospitality and Tourism industry is required. This position is subject to College approval. Supervision and continuing employment is at the total discretion of the employer. The employer will be required to submit an assessment of the student. The student must complete at least 240 hours of field work experience. This field work must begin after having satisfied all other graduation requirements and be completed within six months. Prerequisites: HOSP 220; 221 and 241 Note: This course will be graded CR/NCR (credit/no credit)
