Although the topic will vary from year to year; this course investigates the conjunction of literature; culture; and social issues; examining historical; social; economic; political; and gender determinants that intersect within individual works. Specific topics may include Literature and Religion. Prerequisite: Full year of 200-level English. Note: This course may be repeated for credit.
