Practical techniques; theory and applications for computer- based multitrack MIDI sequencing and multitrack digital audio; synthesizers; samplers; sound design; special effects processing; and computer music notation and printing. Survey of applications for live music and theatre performances; as well as music; video and film studios. This course is for music students as well as musicans who are not in the music diploma program. Department consent is required.
