This course is designed to provide students with an understanding of a personal injury file. This will include learning how to gather information prior to drafting a claim; the drafting of a Statement of Claim and Statement of Defence for a personal injury claim and the assessment of the quantum of damages for such claims. Prerequisite: LAW 110
