An introduction to the sociological study of the structure and dynamics of health care in Canadian society. Topics include: trends in health care; social epidemiology; health and illness behaviour; professional-client relationships; health care occupations; and the sociology of hospitals. Prerequisite: SOCI 260 or consent of the Department
