The Investment Funds in Canada course provides an in depth look at the fundamentals of mutual funds and related investment products in Canada. Students who successfully complete the course requirements for FINS 281 Investment Funds in Canada (IFIC) are eligible to take the IFIC exam administered by The Institute of Canadian Bankers. A minimum of 60% must be achieved on the IFIC examination in order to register for a mutal funds license. Students are allowed three attempts at the exam before having to repeat the course.
